How much time do you spend in traffic? Too much time is what most people will say. We sit in our cars commuting to work for an average of 38 minutes a day while many of us spend over an hour in traffic a day. This may all be common sense to most of you, but what you might not know is that traffic is slowly killing you – both mentally and physically. The longer you sit in traffic the more stressed you are, the more unhappy you are, and the fatter you are.
