  1. and the people who care and are competent are more likely to be targetted

  2. It is important to pay attention to these signs & set expectations in school & workplaces that certain behaviors are not acceptable. Teaching tolerance & & acceptance of differences is also important. My most recent post gives 4 ways to eliminate prejudice. Unfortunately bullying & prejudice go hand in hand.
